Instructions
  1. In a medium sauce pan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Slowly stir in one cup of steel cut oats.
  3. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Stir in bananas, cinnamon, ground flax seed and raisins or scoop the oatmeal into bowls and then arrange them on top.
