Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Remove chocolate bar from packaging and place on a plate covered with parchment paper.
  2. Microwave the chocolate for about about 2-3 minutes until just melted. The time will vary by microwave.
  3. Remove from the microwave, and sprinkle with the chopped dates and then flaked coconut. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  4. Refrigerate or freeze until firm.
  5. Break apart to form bark pieces.
