Serves 2-3

 

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen

1½ cup frozen mango or pineapple chunks

2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice (about one lime or lemon)

1½ cup non-dairy milk (e.g., almond, soy, rice etc.)

2 cups of chopped kale

 

Procedure:

Blend all of the ingredients together in a  blender.

Enjoy!
