So glad you made it here from my cookbook. These dumplings are so worth making. Because the process can be intimidating, I decided to share a video with you demonstrating the process. There are four basic steps: prep the ingredients for the filling, saute them, fold the dumplings, and then cook them too. And then the best part, enjoy them!
