Hi there!!  I created this post to supplement the Plant-Based Prep, Simplified section of my cookbook.

Plant-based cuisine has a reputation for being labor intensive. In this post’s video, I share my favorite small appliances, gadgets and tools for easing the process.

None of these items are a must in the kitchen – well, it’d be hard to do without a knife, peeler and can opener – but they’re certainly nice to have. If you’d like to learn more about any of them, I share links for you to check them out on Amazon here. But certainly buy from any vendor you like and with a little bit of savvy shopping and luck, some of these items may be found pre-owned, and possibly refurbished, on sites like Amazon Renewed or eBay, discounted at estate sales or thrift stores, or even free in local Facebook, Buy Nothing, or Freecycle groups.
