Hello Dear Reader-

This is a simple recipe for a delicious and versatile sauce.  Credit goes to my daughter, a very creative cook, who designed this recipe.

Tangy Tahini Dressing (vegan and whole foods plant based)

What I love about the recipe is:

It can be mixed in one bowl; no blender or food processor needed.

It keeps in the fridge for up to five days

and it is wonderful on a salad, with falafel or on a Buddha Bowl.

I love the Tangy Tahini Sauce with this Recovery Buddha Bowl

The sauce is made with seven ingredients that offer a balanced blend of flavors:

Tangy Lemon

Bitter and creamy Tahini

Umami rich and Salty Soy Sauce (and some more salt if you like)

Aromatic Ginger

Spicy Garlic

and some Water
