  • 1/2 orange peeled
  • 1 ripe banana spotted
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen pineapple or mango chunks
  • 1 cup vanilla non-dairy milk ( e.g. soy, almond, rice etc.)


  • Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
  • Enjoy!


If you want to boost the calcium or iron content of the smoothie, add a handful of leafy greens such as kale or spinach.
