Bake the sweet potatoes at 350°F until softened. The timing will vary depending on the size of your sweet potatoes.
Remove from the oven and slice into ½ inch thick rounds.
Place in air-fryer basket and cook for about 15-17 minutes at 370°F until crispy. Depending on the size of your basket, you may need to do this one sliced potato at a time.
Top with miso paste. Then use torch to heat the miso until slightly charred.
Top with kimchi, furikake, basil and chili shreds, if using.
